Simple Strategies to Create a Balanced Life

We enjoyed a highly interactive salon event, last evening, in Mosman facilitated by Jan Osmond, Executive Wellbeing and Performance Coach,  from JanOsmond.com.

JanOsmond.com , pr1orities, women in business, womens networking groups,The conversation was fascinating as we explored the connection between productivity and wellbeing and rediscovered or learnt new ways to create a balanced life incorporating all elements important to each of us like ourselves, family, friends and work. The beauty of the way Jan designed the salon made it individualised for each participant. Allowing us to assess our current state of balance and find the strategies that would work for us that can be utilised in various situations. Jan reminded us that it’s all about the choices we make!

One of the most enlightened parts of the evening was the discussion on ‘being productive versus being busy’. Such interesting views were put forward enriching the conversation.

Here are some comments, take-aways and testimonials from the evening.
