Social Networking in Mosman

A special thank you this month to our Mosman WiSE sponsors Katie Perry who opened her fashion design studio for us to gather for some social networking and Kaye Khan-Panni who provided the following bite-sized canapés and organised drinks for us to enjoy: Smoked Trout Mousse on Basil & Sun-Dried Tomato Toasts, Vegetable Frittatas, Mozzarella & Carmelised Onion Risotto Cakes & Sweet Corn Blinis with Smoked Salmon Topping. Finishing with a dessert canapé of Mango & Lemongrass Tart! The canapés were served with two kinds of pressé of blood orange & mandarin and raspberry & pomegranate.

The evening began with some reacquainting and making new connections. It didn’t take long before a few guests headed towards the change rooms to try on some of Katie’s beautiful lounge wear and kindly modelled the items they chose. A few women made purchases on the night whilst others are planning to make an appointment with Katie to take family members, friends and colleagues back for some private shopping time.

As is WiSE tradition we each had a turn to introduce ourselves and our enterprises which gave us the opportunity to learn more about each other to further develop personal and business synergies.

Katie Perry kindly donated a ‘Melbourne’ jacket for the prize draw. The lucky recipient was Lisa Perkins. Congratulations Lisa!
